It's still per person and not overly inexpensive, but the food is cheap.
I suppose if a couple of people wanted to try and hide in a trunk they
could. Think "Speed Racer."

It starts at "sunset" or something like that. I've seen groups there a
couple of hours early and lined up to get the "choice" front row spots lol.
But even if just a few managed the front spots, it's not like others can't
walk up. And of course, you can park where ever you like; it's just more fun
in the front; more room to spread out and the grassy lawn area for the kids
to play. But, sigh, no swing set or miniature trains like the north county
drive ins I remember.

Sounds like a blast to me. Do they charge per car? I wonder how many
cachers it takes to stuff a Volkswagen?

I've always thought we should have a "Geocaching at the Drive In" night.
After a day of caching along 44 finish up at the Cuba Drive-In at Hwy 44
and
19. Of course that would have been more fun during the time you could
log a
Drive-In.

We were there one night when a Corvette Club made it an outing. Probably
40+
'Vettes from new to old red, blue, yellow, metallic, convertibles. (You
can
tell I don't know much about cars.) Everyone was having a good ol' time.

Any-waaaay. Might be a fun SLAGA outing. Lots of good CUBS and Just Jen
and
Matt Caches in the area. Also, there's a guy who starts his name with an
"*"
who has a couple out that way too.

Campers would be welcome to crash at our place about 15 miles up 19. If
you've not had the chance to ever take your child to the Drive In you're
really missing out on something special. They sell food there you know.=20

The link seems not to be working. I don't seem to remember lotec caches=20
but there has been many series' of Lotar, "Lord of the Ring" =20
caches. They were everywhere a while back But i don't think Steve had=20
one of those. Pretty good movie, anyone seen The Lord of the rings=20
lately? Would probablly be good on a big screen HDTV with a big surround

sound.

Lets start a "Geocaching at the Movies" day!! :-) Lunch and a movie, a=20
whole new adventure.

Glenn
