[GeoStL] SLAGA Hot Potato TB

We launched a TB in the St. Charles area the day of the SLAGA picnic.
It is based on the game we all remember as kids, "Hot Potato." Thought
we might have a friendly contest between the MO and IL folks in the
area. We hope everyone has fun with it. (It is easily accessible for
anyone going to the L&C / Benchmark events this coming weekend in St.
Charles.)
