Officers decision to offer the coins up to those people who
support the "Organization" with their dollars first. Just
remember "There ain't no such thing as a free lunch." You
get what you pay for in this world. Those that pay for a
Premium membership get the 'privledge' to fork over their
money to purchase a coin before those that don't.
