There's also a Golden Corral at the same exit. 63North, exit 70, then turn to the north,it's past the Home Depot, and has a pretty impressive selection.. pretty good catfish last time I was there. And if you like rolls, it's worth the trip just for them. There's a Steak 'n Shake at that same exit which is 63 north then a quick turn onto PP west. Or there is a Wendy's to the east. It is usually a busy intersection with a lot of people making lane changes. She might prefer to exit on the western edge of Columbia onto Stadium south and enter the Columbia Mall area. It is a far calmer exit. They might then meet in the food court and make plans from there. There are at least a jillion choices of places in and around the Mall and most have hamburgers. Well .. mom almost always orders a hamburger.Just a regular, well-done hamburger. Maybe ketchup and mustard and the occasional onion and tomato -- but only if they arrive on the plate and NOT on the burger because she cannot STAND hot tomatoes and lettuce. LOL . Oh .. occasionally she'll get completely wild and order catfish and crazy results in chicken livers! I'll assume her brother is about the same in adventure lol Some place they can sit for a while and chat. Thanks! Since everyone here knows everything ... lol My mom is looking for a senior-friendly restaraunt near the highway in, near or around Columbia. She wants to meet her brother (who lives in KC) there for lunch (SEE -- this IS GEO related!). Does anyone know the Columbia area very well (I don't know .. maybe perhaps someone who has recently spent some time there going to school or something???? LOL) and could recommend something and an exit? Thanks! Nancy
