There is no ignorance in asking questions. The only ignorance is not asking!
Since this event will have several event only caches, it could go either way.
Most will probably be passed at cracker barrels or at registration. Others will
be placed in the event caches. Just grab whatever bug suits your fancy.

Excuse my ignorance everyone, but when a TB is dropped at an event cache,
do you pick one of the actual caches at the event to place it in or do you
exchange it with someone at the cracker barrel sessions, or can you do either
one? I'm just a little confused since MOGA will be my first event. Thanks.
