brad, if this is the balloon race cache, i never got all the waypoints for this one and was still waiting for the final location when it disappeared. it was not denied or archived by groundspeak, it just was not finished yet when you archived it.

    Virtuals don't have a container, so others can be close-by.  Also, any
    part of a multi that is flagged as a place to retrieve information
    (not find something placed there by the cacher) can also be within .1
    of another physical cache.

    Again, that's what I remember from hearing Glenn at a meeting.
