stage in a multicache

Glenn can override what I say, but my experience is that anything with
a physical container must be at least .1 from anything else with a
physical container.
Virtuals don't have a container, so others can be close-by. Also, any
part of a multi that is flagged as a place to retrieve information
(not find something placed there by the cacher) can also be within .1
of another physical cache.
Again, that's what I remember from hearing Glenn at a meeting.
