You are correct Jim, it is Corps. managed property.  It the case of the
Corps managed property around Mark Twain Lake, we couldn't ask for a better
manager or a better MOGA partner.  They have bent over backwards to work
with the MOGA staff to accommodate our needs and watch over the caches.
