I'm unable to check your coordinates, but if you are talking about Bright
Fowler Park, you will want to park on the street at the park entrance. The
street is either Cleta or Brightfield depending on which direction you are
coming from. Yes, the park is pretty much surrounded by housed and the park is
basically undeveloped.
I think the church Mike is talking about is some distance away.

I'm wanting to hit Awesome Power (GCQKEQ) tomorrow, but can't find a parking
area for the park. It looks like it's surrounded by houses. There are two
roads that end at the edge of the park (N 38° 34.296 W 090° 31.964 and N 38°
34.175 W 090° 31.995), but don't look like parking.
Any help?
