Sorry, I do tech for a living. BUT, just food for thought.....
I tend to justify a higher investment by using the device for other
purposes.I get a more expensive GPS because I not only use it for
geocaching, but navigation in the car as well.

I spent more on a PDA because I got one that is also a phone, and I sync it
up with Outlook on my computer and since I don't work from a traditional
office, it helps me work and be organized away from a desk. So if you have
cell service, you might want to check to see if you can get a special deal
onupgrading to a phone / PDA combo like a Palm Treo.

paperless caching, but don't want to spend alot of dinero for one. I am
clueless to all the hi-tech talking, too, when it comes to electronics. Is
there anyone who is low tech like me that has gone paperless? I have read
numerous times that an old PDA, maybe from ebay, like a Palm III would be
just fine. Anyone have advice? I am just learning to work with GSAK too so I
would appreciate the help. Thanks! :D Sue
