Thanks for the answers. I figured it out. Trying to start a cache and
putting the bug in it. Just waiting on approval.

I live in Bourbon, not too far from St. Louis.

Found 4 already and just signed up on 10-01.

I have an older GPS still learning how to use it. Like I said it has taken
us (my husband & I) to 4 so far.

My only thing with this unit is that when you put the coordinates in it it
only will let you put in 2 digits after the decimal.
Meaning if a location says N37 57.662 W091 32.574 All I can enter into
the unit is N37 57.66 W091 32.57

Do any of you see me running into problems with this unit if it only holds
so many digits? It is a magellan 2000xl

I don't know much about units so any help would be appreciated.

I have this on a loan and can decide to purchase in 30 days if I wish.
Should I just pass this opportunity up and try to find another?

Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions,
Jen

a good way to learn the finer points of geocaching, and meet some of the
other geocachers in the area.
> If you have logged the travel bug properly, it should show up on your
personal cache page. If it does not, go back to the "Track Travel Bugs" page
and try to relog your find. The Travel Bug will then come "off" the cache
that you took it from. When you go to log a cache, and want to drop off the
travel bug, at the bottom of the log form, a drop down list will appear with
the travel bugs in your "inventory." You just click on the one you want to
drop off. You usually need to scroll down the cache log page to find the
drop down list.
