All right, I admit to being a ditz....maybe it's the whole 'grandma' mentality
kicking in ... lol.... I figured out what I did wrong.. I had signed her up
with an alternate email..that I forgot about...duh! So I have it straight
now...

You need to make sure you are logged out. Then go to log in ... enter
her id ... then click forgot password. It should send an email to the email
account she has on record.
