The lady who called me lived in St. Louis City. After I hung up it occurred to

They probably used pre-listed questions made for a general survey and then
used a call center to make the calls. The people making the calls most likely
aren't parks people.

category "Geocaching". It makes you wonder just how familiar the person taking
the survey was with the Parks system.
