[GeoStL] NGR-show you location using WI-FI signals

This should be something neat for the tinkerers to work on. It's a free program 
(http://www.placelab.org/) that uses the WI-FI hotspots and a laptop or PDA to 
determine your location. Accuracy is said to be 60-100 feet but it works in 
buildings and behind walls. Not quite good enough for caching but driving 
should be pretty good.
