[GeoStL] NGR...check the moon out!

Just wondering if you all see the BIG circle around the moon up there. Tried
to get a picture of it, but it isn't showing up. Anybody able to explain why
there is a ring around it?
(I know somebody has to make so sorta 'moning' joke, so get on with it already,
LOL)
