- Does this affect only music cds? Have you updated your computer recently (installed Windows XP SP2)? If it is only music files, which media program do you use? Sorry for so many questions, just trying to narrow down the problem with my limited knowledge. I knew I should of paid more attention back in my college days. Some solutions you can try that may help. Check Gateway's website for any updates for your computer. Run Windows update (some people don't like installing updates, so far I've had good luck them (as always, back up your data first)). This may sound silly, but have you turned off your computer and turned it back on since the problem has started? Some times the correct drivers fail to load and the only way to get them to load is to turn off the computer and turn it back on again. ----- Original Message ----- From: "LuAnn" <luigilula@xxxxxxxxx> To: <geocaching@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Wednesday, September 08, 2004 11:30 AM Subject: [GeoStL] Re: NGR---Computer Help > - > Hello Brad, Thanks for offering some help.
