[GeoStL] NGR - passwords on Windows7

Laurie's brother passed away over a month ago and we have his Acer laptop. The
problem is, he has his login password protected. I checked the BIOS and the
password option is turned off. If we cannot reset or figure out his password,
we cannot get into system admin. Anyone out there have any ideas?
