Ummmm could it possibly be New Orleans? lol They will be PARALYZED!! Those
folks down there don't know how to drive in ice and snow.
Due to recent budget cuts and the rising cost of electricity, gas, and oil.
The Light at the End of the Tunnel has been turned off.

The National Weather Service in New Orleans has issued a Winter
Storm Warning... which is in effect until noon CST today. The
Winter Weather Advisory is no longer in effect.
A cold and potent storm system will cause a mix of cold rain and
snow this morning to switch over to mainly snow before 10 am....
