[GeoStL] NGR Oyster Mushrooms!!!!

Hey all...
Since I had the day off I went to check for oyster mushrooms along the Missouri
River bottoms near where I live. I figured since we had some decent rain they
may be out. Boy was I right! In the space of about 2 hours I collected about 30
lbs. or so of very choice specimens. Some we will eat immediately, but most we
will dry to save for winter.
Now's an excellent time to find them...at least in Missouri. ;)
