You call Bill? What happens if you D/L say a 500k file? does that complete? Do the longer files all stop at the same point or does the problem file always stop at the same point? I take it the PC is hooked up straight thru cat5 or is it wireless? Problem is he can’t download a file…it starts to download, about a meg or 3 comes through then it just stops. This is a new PC running Win 7 and Norton. I thought it was Norton so it was uninstalled but that didn’t help. Just for grins I bypassed the Linksys router and it works fine ????? I have another PC running XP on the same router that works just fine. Oh, Windows updates work just fine and so does Norton. I’ve googled the heck out of this scenario but can’t locate this problem or solution online. Any suggestions from you PC Gurus out there ?
