Ok, I soaked some in salt water for 5 minutes, rinsed & dried them, cut them
in quarter inch strips, battered them and fried them in butter. They tasted
great. I only had a few, just in case. Maybe a touch of garlic next batch,
and maybe in oil instaed of butter. Assuming there is a next time:)
