[GeoStL] NGR -- More Computer Help Needed

Okay, I just spent an hour and a half on the phone with a Dell Tech Support
Agent. He didn't help me at all, i fixed the problem while on hold waiting to
talk to someone "who knows the problem better." So I just hung up. The wireless
card is running now, but when i start up my computer, the taskbar freezes. The
clock freezes, the tray icons dont load...all i get is the sand clock icon over
it. But when i hard-restart my computer, it works...sometimes it takes a few
hard-restarts, but it works. Now...maybe one of you can tell me what is going
on with my taskbar and how i can get it to stop acting fickle. And maybe, as an
added bonus, could one of you can tell me why Outlook express and AIM run fine,
while internet explorer is moving really slow?
