I just got the PQ to work by right clicking on Mapsource Map and selecting
Create Pocket Query. It will take you to the PQ page, provided you are a
premium member, and plug the coords right into the PQ. So you can be
anywhere on the mapsource map, right click and Viola! Just change your
criteria and you have a new PQ for that area.
It is simple to set up if you have mapsource..
If you are running XP, the files will go in:
x:\Profiles\[username]\Application Data\GARMIN\Web Link Extensions (x is
your drive where your profile directory is kept. Mine is D but most will be
C)
Once there, you should see a list of .wlx files.
Grab the file from http://www.griffweb.com/geocachingPQ.wlx
Save this file in the above directory.
Go to mapsource --> Edit ---> Preferences and select the Web Links Tab. If
you added it into the correct directory, it will show up here.
Now go to anywhere on your MAP and right click. When you select this link,
it will take you to the Pocket Query page and the coords will be filled in
on where you clicked on the map.
Hope it works for you as good as it works for me.
