access the internet..if not,  that would do it.



  It seems to work for everybody but me, when I use IE. And you.  For me it
launches Netscape, then locks up. I was able to force it to work by just
running the thing out of Netscape in the 1st place.  I think it worked
then..  At least it didn¹t lock up
