If you switch the view to all appointments (under the view menu) you can
select all and delete. Then do the import again and you should be good to
go.

Glad I could help. I love being a geek!!

Marybeth, your method worked. I just ended up with all duplicates for the
first 3 months. If I can figure out how to delete the whole calendar and
start over again, then I'll have what I want. Thanks a bunch. Bernie

PS.. the freelist came through for me again.

How did you do the transfer? If you exported the data to a pst file and then
uploaded the pst file, you should have captured all of the data.

I just did that from Outlook 2010 to Outlook 2007 and it worked for me. I
have data back to 2008.

If you are using some other method, can you define the timeframe?

Let me know if you need more detailed info about the export/import.

I transferred my Outlook 2007 calendar from my desktop (Win7 home premium)
to my new laptop (Win7professional), but it would only transfer 3 months as
stated in the procedure. Does anyone know how to transfer an additional 3
months? Thanks. Bernie
