Myotis - are you sure this wasn't your twin brother, Tim Bensman, who was before
the Supreme Court?!

(see pg. 46, line 18......)

Subject: [GeoStL] NCR: Just back from listening to the US Supreme Court argue
about me

Was in DC yesterday morning listening to the US Supreme Court hear oral
arguments mostly about me after they heard arguments about the Navy Sonar case
(that was interesting too). It was on a case I talked an attorney into bringing
in 1999. The main issue they were arguing over was if a declaration I prepared
was sufficient to grant "standing" to file a lawsuit challenging the Forest
Service's attempt to exclude the public from decisions to log National Forests.
It was very exciting. Here is the transcript-not sure if there will be a
recording:

Only had time for a couple of caches.
