I had the same problem. I had to call Belkin to get it fixed. It's really
easy if you know what to do. Of course, isn't everything easy if you know
what to do ;-)
Contact Belkin support and they can walk you through it quickly.

I have a Belkin N wireless router and USB adapter. When I log on it says it
is NOT a secure connection and I can see my neighbors...which are. Would
one you techno guys gals help??
