I've had good luck using Malwarebytes Anti-Malware product (free
version). http://www.malwarebytes.org/
I use it on all my computers, and any of my friends computers that I
end up working on.
I also have Webroot Spy Sweeper installed on my computers. It's not
free, but I think it's worth paying for.
