Probably the easiest way is to select "Hide and seek a cache" from the left
side of the GC.com page. Put in your zipcode as a starting point and it will
display a list of caches working out from the zipcode. The list won't be
sorted by terrain or difficulty but it will display the stars for each
entry. From there you can just click on the cache name you're interested in
and the cache page will display.
Another option is using a GPX query and then watcher to display everything.
But that would be something good for one of the workshops.
