[GeoStL] Multiple E-mails Question

Now that I have finally reconnected with all y'all, my question is how
do I eliminate the extra 4 or more copies I get of each message. I
assume this is the result of my previous attempts to reconnect. As I
reside in Lincoln County, about 25,000 feet from the nearest CountryTel
repeater, I am unable to apply for DSL, so I'm stuck with, at best, a
32k connection. Even these short, but enjoyable messages cloy when they
tie up bandwidth. Any help will be appreciated.
Also, a belated congrats to Bernie and Mike.
