I just got back from checking it out and it is utterly amazing.
For example, when you park in the back of West Tyson, you climb up a hill to
go over the railroad tracks. The railroad tracks are under water!!!! And
it is going to go up 5 more feet. The front entrance to West Tyson is also
flooded.
The water is not to far from the metal frame of the bridge into RT 66 State
Park (which is mostly underwater. After we went down to the river there,
the police closed it off. I remember big floods on the Mississippi and the
water was high but not moving fast. The water is moving like mad on the
Meramec.
I am glad I had my GPS to find a way to get there without going on the I-44
parking lot.
