I just found a neat new and free program:

Up until now I used GeoBuddy which was a royal pain. It took several steps.
This is real simple to use. It will convert gpx or loc to Mapsoure .mps or
it will simply open the gpx or loc (or several of them) in Mapsource. It
also has an option to add a right click option to open in MapSourcse. With
it you can right click on any loc or gpx file and it will open it in
MapSource.
