What an excuse!
I wouldn't think this would be made into an actual cache since it's only about
200' from the 'cache commando's' cache. But I'm sure it could be moved for
better spacing.
I don't know their procedure for the containers once the game is over. I have
no idea what happened to the nice box at Mastondon park but I've got the case
from W. Tyson that was left last year. I was doing maintenance on D&D over the
winter and went to check on the Magellan cache since it was so close to one of
the WP's. The last log in the book was mine from 6 months prior and the case
was cracked and everything inside was soaked. I brought it home (still have it)
and put a note on the Magellan site that I picked it up and everything soaked.
I never got a response back from them. I gave the logbook to Dorkus&co as a
souvenir since he was the FTF on that one too.

Had to make a quick trip to Comp-USA and momentarily thought
about checking out the Magellan cache area, since I knew in
general where it was place in, but didn't have the exact coordinates
at the time. Heck, it was 'only' 98 degress outside at the time, according
to my car thermometer.
The Magellan cache placement near Nashville was posted as an
actual gc.com cache.

Do you think this one will be? Do you know how long Magellan plans
