Effective immediately Mike Griffin, John Elfrank, and Dane Morgan are resigning
from the MOGA Board of Directors.
The current board is dissolved and all monies in the accounts will be donated
to the SLAGA geocaching organization per the MOGA bylaws after all outstanding
bills incurred prior to this announcement are paid.
Any remaining directors who wish to reform the board are welcome to do so and
the resigning directors will not fight or impede them in any way.
