[GeoStL] MAC question

Hi all,
I turned on some friends to geocaching this summer and they want to buy
their son a GPS for Christmas.
They have a MAC and I know nothing about MAC's - my last apple product
was an Apple Iic which cost me almost $ 2,000 and didn't even have a
hard drive. However I dearly loved it and used it about 4 years.
What GPS's are compatible with MAC's? Thanks in advance for the help.
