Aren't there GPS tracking things that can be stuck under cars? Of course, you might want an antena or something. But I have heard of GPS trackers being hidden so there must be some way to accommodate the needing to see the satellites. But I don't remember them saying that the gps used in her car was the same type of GPS she used to cache.
