All WP's have been picked up from the couples course
with the exception of 3J109 and 3J111. They probably are still there,
but we were not able to find them. Bernie.

Does anyone have a list of the waypoints for the couples course so they
can be eliminated from the GPS before we go out looking for them? Since
I didn't sign up for that course, I don't have the list of waypoints.
My son will be off school Thursday and Friday, so we may go out early
to pick some up and bring them with us Saturday. But even if we don't
the list would be helpful.

Just to let everyone know, I picked up my caches, (8I114, 8I115,
8O114), I still have 8I113 out there and BWAT will pick it up at the
CITO.
I also picked up the couples course. Bernie and I had picked up most
but I went back in the rain on Monday and picked up the rest along with
HK3, (The Amazing Race that, amazingly, no one wanted to do.. :-) )...
Couples course is completely finished. 3J100 was missing and never
found. I find it odd that it would have gone missing considering where
it was.
I gave the list of pulled "Easy" course punches to Tim.
I wish I could make it but, I have scouting commitments..

Subject: [GeoStL] Krispy Kreme donuts available?!? And some caches as
well?
-
Ah! Got your attention, and yes I WILL mention HOW TO get those Krispy
Kreme donuts SOMEWHERE in this message. But first, I need to attend to
some business. Being the host for the "After MOGA" event and the
coordinator for next year's MOGA event, there are a couple of very
important things I need to mention. There were 180+ things hidden in
Meramec State Park for MOGA. We need to get this stuff out of the park
in order to help insure that our good relationship with the Missouri
Dept of Natural Resources (the state parks people) remains intact. One
key to successfully removing this stuff is some organization.
Therefore, I humbly ask you to do a couple things:
1) Attend the "After MOGA CITO Event" at Meramec State Park this Sat
(4/16). We will meet at 9 am at the Visitor's Center. Several people
have mentioned they will be there. Thank you to those who have already
volunteered. I do appreciate it! I expect a good size crowd, but we
can always use more help. Even if you were not on staff at MOGA,
please consider joining us for this event. REMEMBER: 5 punches
collected equals yet another cache. Grab those punches! And if your
path takes you by an event cache which has not been picked up yet, hey,
that's one more find for you.
2) Whenever you pick up something at Meramec, please do a few things:
A. Make a note (a physical note on paper if possible) of what you pick
up--so you don't forget what you have collected.
B. Send ME a copy of what you collected. I have already started a
list of what was collected and what still remains in the park.
Unfortunately, about 98% of the stuff still remains in the park. That
should change this weekend. Again, I will be the contact person for
what you collect. Please send the info to: bluebeadman@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
Stuff ALREADY picked up (or what I have) includes:
NIGHT1 - shorter night cache
NIGHT2 - longer night cache
8P135 - Witches Brew
8P136 - Pirates Cache
9B601 - Pumphouse Cache
Any others? What about the course waypoint punches? I know Bridget
collected several from the easy course. She is coming to the "After
MOGA event" and I'll get those punches from her then. Any others?
C. Return the stuff you collect to either the rightful owner, in terms
of the event caches, or to me if it was a punch.
Ok, that's about it for now. I will see about bringing some breakfast
for folks on Saturday. Krispy Kreme donuts ok with everybody? :-)
See you Saturday! Keep that info coming into me... Thanks!
