I have a wilderness joke, (not exactly Geocaching).
Two hunters decide t go Moose Hunting in Alaska. They chose a place so far
remote that the only way to get there is by a seaplane. The pilot tells them
he will be back in one week, and he can only carry one moose.
So they go on thier hunt and they get thier moose on the 2nd day. They hang
around camp and on the last day, they see another Moose that looks like a gand
prize winner. They shoot it also, then the one hunter says, Hey didnt the
pilot tell us we can only get one moose?
The other hunter goes, well we took two last time, we can do it again. The
pilot comes back and snaps at them. "Hey I thought I told you ONLY ONE MOOSE"
The hunters expalin that they did it before and the Pilot let them bring on two
moose. So the pilot gives in "Well I guess if you did t last time you can do
it this time."
They take off and the plane is haveing trouble getting up in the air but
finally makes it, but caan not make it accross a steep range, and crashes. All
instruments are lost, they get out and everything burns up in fire. The pilot
yells at them... "I told you we could only bring one moose... Now we dont even
know where we are!!" The one hunter says, "I know where we are"
The pilot says, "How in the world can yo know where we are? We lost all our
instruments, and lost all our maps... OK Where in the world are we?" The
hunter replies..."This is the same spot we crashed last time!!"
