I see that. I actually contacted Glenn off list and he explained it to me.
Honestly, I had never encountered an ALR cache in my area so it was all new to
me. I just failed to get back to this list to say I had talked to Glenn. It
sounds like a cool cache.

Michael,
Not sure if you answered your own question but it appears to be a real cache
from all the logs indicating the log is wet.
Glenn simply put the note in there saying that ALR (Additional Logging Request)
are no longer allowed as a requirement. Signing the log is all that's required.
