[GeoStL] Irritating

Someone posted this as a "Found it" log on one of my caches today.
"Found area, Maybe the cache is missing."
And posted a picture of something kinda sorta in the general area, but
not that close to the cache location. So yeah, he/she was in the park,
but who knows if he/she actually went into the brush where the cache is
hidden.
I'm conflicted, 'cause I don't want to be petty about it, but this is an
easy cache to find, and if you didn't find it, then log a DNF.
I'm sure this has been hashed out here before and probably ad nauseum on
the gc.com forums (I'm not even going to look there). How have y'all
dealt with this in the past?
