I forgot to mention that it's best to go to corporate stores and not
the "Authorized Retail" stores. They have better access to the
company, and are usually better at giving you deals equal to the
website.
For AT&T, go to http://www.wireless.att.com/find-a-store/ . Enter your
ZIP and look for a store that's labeled "AT&T" (not "AT&T AUTHORIZED
RETAILER").
