The program is a query that runs periodically for the area and only
lists disabled caches. Unless your timing is perfect, you have no chance
of beating the system.

Is there a computer program that sends the notice for caches disabled
for more than two weeks? If so, couldn't you just enable then
immediately disable the cache again to reset the time it's been
disabled, until you get a chance to do whatevers necessary to make the
cache ready for findification?
