If you just want the link hot and not a picture, try this:

Article</a
Replace "See article" with whatever text you want to be the link. The
"target=_blank" means to open a new window so you're cache page will still be
there.

Hey guys,
I need help again. I am trying to make a hot link on a cache page from
the following:
http://monroe.mogenweb.org/countryeditor.htm
I get the address but no Hot link. I have had a computer since 1983 but
have never had to learn html commands. I have had to learn a lot to put up
these cache pages like we want them to look. I am trying to look it up as I go
but can't get the swing of this one yet.

Again, let me say, this hiding thing is Hard Work!! Jo and I have done a
Mini MOGA in Paris and Centralia by placing 22 new caches. We have even more
appreciation for what our SLAGA team goes through to pull that event off so
smoothly.
Trying to get the last ones submitted now.
