I knew it would be a "Doh!" moment. How do they expect us to find these
things if they put them right in front of our eyes?

On the left side of any cache page, click on "Your Profile" and near the top
it has your inactive caches.

So if you don't make note of the GC code, you have no way to find the cache
listing you just created in order to finalize it and publish it.

Is there some way to find a new cache listing that's unpublished?
