We're looking forward to having you guys come up river for a visit. Is there
any info that any of you need on caches or getting around the area? Let me
know. We've found most of them.

Hopefully this will be a pretty laid back affair. Mostly just a chance to get
reaquainted with old friends and meet new ones. We are not going to spend a lot
of time on activities. Come eat and relax.

Brian

I?m really looking forward to this trip to Kansas City. It should be a lot of
fun and some good food and company also.

No, no, no. I was just looking for my next home. You don't want to elect a
president and then have to turn around right away and move the VP into that
slot. it needs to be someone with a good future and good ideas.

He who has the most cemetery caches becomes the next SLAGA president... Out of
respect, of course...

I did about 25-30 cemetery caches in the Effingham area this weekend and all
the hides were very respectful, either in a very obvious tree or post or back
in the woods 10-20 feet behind the cemetery. Lots of the tombstones had death
dates of the early 1800's and some of the tombstones were very unique, ones
that I never seen before. Some were cylindrical marble, about 15" in diam and
3-4 feet wide. Others were large flat slabs of concrete, flush with the ground,
3' by 7' with a small raised piece at the foot with the name, birth, death,
etc.
