I don't go to the ball games so I can't help on parking or cost, but where
ever you park, you can walk to the arch with no problems.
The other two, city Museum and Magic Piano are both west of downtown. CM is
on Delmar around 14th st. (1400) and MP is on Delmar near Jefferson, which
is about 2600. I may be off a little on MP but that's what I remember where
it was.
Most people probably try to get on one of the highways when they leave the
game, so you shouldn't have any trouble going on Delmar, which is about
10-12 blocks north of the stadium or Market st.
