[GeoStL] Geocaching logo

I seem to remember seeing soemthing aout we could use the Geocaching
logo on things as long as they weren't for commercial use, and that in
any case, making fewer than 10 of the item, license was automatically granted.
But I can't find that nw. Can anyone help with where the license info on the
logo is?
