This is the first I heard of it.  Must have been discussed 
at the meeting I missed.  

I thought the idea of holding our picnics at a St. Lous area
park was going to live on forever.  The shelter, seating, grills,
toilets, woods, playground and such are already built in
to the plan.  Good publicity for the park.  Feels less claustrophobic
than at someone's house.  Plus, caches can be hid and left
after the event is over.
