[GeoStL] Garmin IQue

Anyone here have one or work with one. I have someone that needs a little
help.
They can transfer documents to the unit but not waypoints and has resorted
to entering all wpts by hand. there has to be a better way. They have
several GPS's and 600 finds so they are not exactly new cachers.
The GC forums mention people using cachemate on the unit also.
I don't see any reason that a user could not use GSAK for the sorting and
handling of their gpx files then export in whatever format needed.
So, what is the procedure for waypoints and such using the IQue?
