Rich, you are absolutely right---it's a rumor. There isn't a chance in
?ell that I'll switch to a Magellan or sell my 60CSX. I do ,however, have a
60CS for sale. Bernie.

started by everyone who bought the new Garmin 60CSX units. I've used my
Magellan Meridian Platinum (yeah Bernie, I will admit it in public) happily
for the last year or so and compared to the Garmin Legend that I inherited,
Ibelieve that I made the better choice. I've was starting to count my
nickelsand dimes to figure out how to afford a new unit and was (and
probablystill am) considering the new Garmin. I ran across an interesting
article comparing the new Garmin 60CSX's with the Magellan Explorist 600 and
found it very interesting. It was written by Robert Lipe so I consider the
source a reliable one. Read it for yourselves and tell me what you think.
