- Rich, I'm pretty sure I can be there. Just waiting for the OK from the other half..(sometimes, more like all the time, we forget to tell each other about stuff that's on the calendar) Wow, glad I can drive in from the north. How many folks are signed up so far? Susan -----Original Message----- From: geocaching-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:geocaching-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx]On Behalf Of GC-RGS Sent: Tuesday, May 16, 2006 3:11 PM To: gc-Maillist Subject: [GeoStL] GPS class this weekend - Just a reminder that we have another GPS class setup for this weekend (Sat. May 20) at the Learning/visitors Center at Greensfelder for the County Parks. So far 14 have signed up so any extra help will be appreciated. Class will be as before from 10AM to 2PM. First 1 - 1 1/2 hr will be inside using PowerPoint, and then outside for some instructions with waypoints and tracks, and whatever other questions they may have. For those that aren't aware, Westbound I-44 in the Eureka/6 Flags area is down to 2 lanes through July 4 and then the Eastbound 2 lanes will be shutdown until Labor day. That should make for nice backups for the 6 Flags crowd. This is NOT a geocaching event, so it cannot be logged as an event. It's just some extra money for SLAGA, so let me know if you can help.
